Admission for Indian students
Class 12 with physics and mathematics (KTU wants above 60% in mathematics and a science or IT subject). For master's: a B.Tech or B.E. in mechanical, electrical, electronics or mechatronics engineering. VILNIUS TECH accepts only B.Tech/B.E. from India and asks for two academic references.
Career
Kaunas has a growing cluster of manufacturing and automation companies, including in its free economic zone, that need automation and robotics engineers. Robotics also opens doors to Germany, the Nordic countries and Poland, where industrial automation jobs are plentiful.
Recognition in India
The degree is an EU engineering degree; for PSU jobs or Indian M.Tech admission, apply for AIU equivalence.
