Study in Lithuania After Class 12: Direct Admission, Foundation Options and the Pre-Med Course
Indian Class 12 certificates give direct access to Lithuanian bachelor's programmes: there is no foundation year to pass first, unlike the UK route. Two optional steps exist for students who need them: an English preparatory course, and LSMU's online Pre-Med course for future medical students.
With Class 12 marks around 60% (50–65% depending on the institution), English proof and the subjects your programme needs, you apply straight to the bachelor's. See bachelor's in Lithuania and requirements for Indian students.
When a preparatory step helps
English below the requirement: KTU's half-year intensive course, Vilnius Business College's preparatory semester or SMK's English Foundation; see language courses.
Medicine with weak biology or chemistry in English: LSMU's online Pre-Med course before the entrance test; see MBBS admission.
